in addition to English authors, Robert Louis Stevenson, Lewis Carroll, Edith
Nesbit and J. K. Rowling.

Other works include the „Kölner Gedichtles“ (Poems about the daily life in Cologne), 1999.
Josef has also translated two of Gripari´s pieces,
„Wachtmeister Waldi“ (L´inspecteur Toutou) and „Satina Teufelstochter“ (satinette, fille du diable)
(Teiresias Verlag, Cologne) as performance pieces for the theatre (Presented in
1999 / 2000, 2009, Cologne).
Josef has written three children´s plays and published them in book format,
„Die Kinderlieder-Kompanie“.
(Die Kinderlieder-Kompanie + Seppl und der Osterhase + Prinzessin Ampelnase)
These
include new interpretations of traditional German children´s songs and fairy
tales,
many nearly forgotten.
In 2001, he published his first picture book of German poetry,
„Beiss mir nur mein Flöckchen nicht!...“,
illustrated by Lusja Shatalova.

he authored a book including further poems, presented by the German firm "Books on Demand" (BoD).

His last book of genre poetry was created after a lost love, in 2002.
He worked through his broken heart with a book project intitled:
